Service Description
Trust Agency is an online directory that lists SEO agencies. The directory allows users to search, compare, and contact listed entities.
User Accounts
This site has no user accounts. A listing owner proves ownership through an email link sent to their business domain, or by connecting Google Search Console.
Listings
Listed entities are added by our team or by user submissions. All submissions are reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or remove any listing at our discretion.
Google Search Console Connection
Listing owners may connect Google Search Console to display real performance data on their page. The connection is free and optional, and the data is anonymized and aggregated before being shown publicly. We request read-only access and never modify your Google account. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account permissions page.
Data Deletion
You may ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to us from the email address concerned, including listing information, connected Search Console data and performance metrics. Deletion is permanent and we keep no backups of deleted data.
Free Service & No Data Retention
Connecting Google Search Console to Trust Agency is completely free. We do not monetize your Google data, sell it to third parties, or use it for advertising. We only retain the anonymized, aggregated metrics shown on your page.
Sponsorships & Payments
Sponsored placements are arranged directly with us through the contact form. Pricing, duration and terms are agreed in writing case by case.
Intellectual Property
All content on Trust Agency is owned by Stone Rank Kft. or its licensors. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Trust Agency is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the directory, including but not limited to inaccurate information, service interruptions, or third-party actions.
Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Budapest.
